DomainClimb is operated by SOCIETE BAKCODE (Backcode), Tunis, Tunisia (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a domain listed on it, you agree to these terms.

DomainClimb lists premium domain names from our portfolio. A listing is an invitation to buy, not a guarantee of availability: a domain may sell elsewhere before you complete checkout. Prices are in the currency shown on the listing and may change until a purchase is completed.

Descriptions, suggested uses and valuations are for information only. You are responsible for checking that a domain suits your purpose and does not infringe anyone's trademark.

Payment is processed by the registrar or marketplace you choose: GoDaddy (including Afternic) or Spaceship. Their terms apply to the payment itself. We never receive or store your card details.

After payment is confirmed, we start the transfer through the same registrar, either as a push to your registrar account or by sending a transfer authorization code (Auth Code).

If we cannot deliver a domain you paid for, you will receive a full refund through the registrar that processed your payment.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, attempts to break security, false inquiries, or unlawful activity. We may block access when these terms are broken.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the price you paid for that domain. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for the acts of registrars and other third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, and the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived. We may update these terms; the version in force on the day of your purchase applies to it.
