Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can, use it only to answer you and run the marketplace, and never sell it.

Who we are

DomainClimb is a marketplace that lists premium domain names for sale. It is operated by SOCIETE BAKCODE (Backcode), based in Tunis, Tunisia, which is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

  • Inquiries. When you use the contact form we store your name, email address, the domain you ask about and your message.
  • Anonymous usage counts. We count how many times a domain page is opened and how often a Buy button is clicked. These counts are aggregate and are not linked to your name, email or account.
  • Administrator accounts. For our own staff we store an email address and a hashed password. Visitors do not need an account.

Payment details are never entered on DomainClimb. Purchases are completed on the registrar or marketplace you choose (GoDaddy or Spaceship), under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and negotiate or complete a sale.
  • To coordinate the transfer of a domain you have purchased.
  • To understand which listings are popular, using aggregate counts only.
  • To keep the platform secure and meet legal obligations.

We rely on your request (inquiries), the performance of a sale, our legitimate interest in running a secure marketplace, and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services needed to run DomainClimb: our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare), which also checks the contact form for bots with Turnstile; our email provider (Resend), which delivers your inquiry to our team; and the registrar involved in your purchase (GoDaddy or Spaceship) when a transfer is in progress. We may disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting sale, and for the period required by accounting and tax law. Aggregate counts contain no personal data and may be kept indefinitely.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and optional anonymous analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for the full list, and change your choice at any time in Cookie Preferences.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email advisor@DomainClimb.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Tunisian data protection authority (INPDP) or the authority in your country.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Administrator passwords are stored only as salted PBKDF2 hashes, and admin sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies.

Changes and contact

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
